Hanvol: aeronautics is recruiting disabled employees in 2022

Hanvol: aeronautics is recruiting disabled employees in 2022.

To cope with the resumption of recruitment in 2022 in the aeronautics sector, the Hanvol association is calling on disabled candidates to engage in work-study training.

In 2022, Hanvol had planned for the “resumption of recruitment” in the aeronautics sector “with major projects for aircraft of the future intended to meet the environmental challenges in which future professionals will participate”.

She was therefore looking for candidates to prepare, on a work-study basis, a wide variety of diplomas: Bac pro aeronautics, Bac pro maintenance of industrial equipment, Bac pro machining technician, Bac pro boilermaking, BTS aeronautics, BTS electronics, BTS technical assistant engineer, BTS design of industrial products, BTS design of product manufacturing processes…

In practice, this represents two two-year diploma courses, with personalized support, will allow candidates to be operational in 2023/2024.

The recruitment campaign for people with disabilities who need to follow the pre-training ended on February 28, 2022. This consists of an Operational Preparation for Collective Employment of 400 hours financed by OPCO 2i and remunerated by Pôle emploi. It includes refresher courses in French, maths and English, visits to aeronautical companies, practical workshops in the CFAs, preparation of CVs and job interviews, contacts with companies and the CFAs in spring/summer 2022.

Pre-training in Paris and Toulouse began on March 8 with the aim of signing a work-study contract before the start of the school year in September 2022.

In addition, young people in vocational orientation who wish to benefit from individual coaching have until April 30, 2022 to apply.
